Resumo do Projeto:
A Cifrões aos Molhos dedica-se ao comércio a retalho por correspondência ou via Internet de produtos têxteis e acessórios de moda, importação e exportação dos mesmos. Comércio de têxteis a retalho em bancas e feiras, lojas, organização de eventos. O seu principal produto, que está na génese da sua criação é uma toalha de praia.
A presente candidatura e em concreto os investimentos propostos afiguram-se-nos alinhados e em sintonia com o diagnóstico e plano de e-commerce que lhe serviram de base, permitindo a otimização da sua presença nos motores de busca, uma maior eficácia no marketing digital que levará a um reforço do reconhecimento nos mercados em que já opera (Alemanha, Espanha, Estados Unidos da América e França) e entrar em novos mercados com forte potencial para a sua marca, como é o caso da Áustria, do Luxemburgo e Itália.
O Plano de internacionalização via e-commerce consiste assim na execução num plano delineado estrategicamente de acordo com as suas necessidades para os próximos 12 meses, baseado em inovação tecnológica e inovadoras estratégias de marketing digital, estando totalmente alinhado com o diagnóstico e-commerce realizado, pretendendo-se o aumento das suas vendas online nos mercados alvo.

Project Summary: The present Internationalization Plan foreseen in this application is fully in line with the strategy of expanding CIFRÕES AOS MOLHOS to new markets, increasingly reducing dependence on the national market and increasing the representativeness of international markets in global business volume, its business strategy and become an international company represented by the FUTAH brand.
As an objective of this project, CIFRÕES PARA MOLHOS intends to export to a total of twelve different countries and thus increase the scope and competitiveness of FUTAH in the global market.
In order to achieve this strategy of reinforcing internationalization successfully, it will carry out diverse diversified investments that include different typologies in the areas of organizational innovation and marketing innovation, both outbound and innovative inbound techniques being jointly directed to promote the internationalization of FUTAH as a brand- product of reference with high quality, resistance and associated to a way of life relaxed, highly internationable and with evidence given not only in the Portuguese market as well as across borders.

Project Summary: Through this application, the Entity will invest in the organizational and marketing areas betting on innovation in both, intending to concretize its Strategy of Extension of Market in an assertive and sustained way. To this end, investments in immaterial fields in the areas of organizational innovation / management and marketing will be decisive, reinforcing the already existing internationalization plan. To this end, it is planned to hire a TAQ for the management area, to implement new work methods optimized through efficient management tools, and to use specialized consulting services, tools based on digital economy and ICTs that enhance increasing the competitiveness of internal management, thus providing it with the stable bases needed to keep pace with its growth already experienced in the first two years of the Entity's activity.
